George Will faces off against Stephen Colbert tonight, but before he goes on “The Colbert Report,” he has a message for the late night comedian.

“I don’t know very much about ‘The Colbert Report,'” Will told The Daily Caller. “I’ve been on twice before and I think those may be the only two times I’ve seen it because if it is not on ESPN or the Major League Baseball Network, I’m not apt to see a television show.”

“But he is very bright,” Will continued. “He is incorrigibly wrong about campaign finance and the First Amendment and other things. But because he is bright he is educable.”

TheDC sat down with Will Friday for an extensive interview about the political scene and his new book, “A Nice Little Place on the North Side: Wrigley Field at One Hundred.” Over the several couple of weeks, TheDC will be featuring Will’s insights on baseball, politics and culture.
