White House Correspondents’ Dinner comedian Joel McHale is already in town for this weekend’s social nightmare of the year. Today, as The Mirror previously reported, he filmed segments for E!’s The Soup that included appearances by CNN’s Jake Tapper, NBC’s Chuck Todd and Scandal‘s Katie Lowes.
As you can see below, Todd looks like he’s checking his watch. Come on, McHale, don’t you know D.C. journalists are busy people? Hope you’re not wasting their time. McHale tweeted to Tapper and Lowes, “Very happy you & Jake are okay with nudity.” Tapper also cracked on McHale, tweeting a picture of a shirtless Justin Bieber and explaining, “Spotted: Joel taking a run along the Potomac River here in WA DC!”
Asked if McHale seems funny, Todd remarked, “Very. Seriously. I think he gets it.”
