Kazaam: Shaq Apologizes for Making Fun of Handicapped Guy

After a completely tasteless and poorly thought out mockery of a disabled man on Instagram, Shaquille O’Neal apologized personally to him. Shaq let his followers know on his Twitter that he called Jahmel Binion, who suffers from ectodermal dysplasia.

Rapper Waka Flocka Flame, who also made fun of Binion apologized.

Binion said earlier that he doesn’t let teasing get him down and wants to focus on his anti-bullying campaign, “Hugs Don’t Judge.”
