Donald Popadick was arrested at Mooney’s Bay Park in Ottawa Monday after allegedly exposing himself in public.
Popadick, 62, described as a balding white male with white hair and glasses, was charged by the Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Section with indecent exposure and mischief. The arrest followed several complaints of an adult male exposing himself at Mooney’s since April 14, 2014.
Police were alerted Monday around 9 a.m. that an adult male had exposed himself to a person near a path in the park. The suspect, Popadick, was arrested at the scene.
He is set to appear in court Wednesday.
