But what exactly is gluten? And why is it bad for you? NOBODY KNOWS,
Jimmy Kimmel sent a reporter to ask gluten-free Los Angelenos what it is that they are eliminating from their diet.
Naturally, none of these people who claim to follow a gluten-free diet know what gluten is. As Kimmel suggests, it may not even really exist. (Except for people who have celiac disease. That sh*t is real.)
