Australia’s Education Minister Christopher Pyne let a politician from the opposing party know what he really thinks of him with some colorful language. Pyne was discussing Opposition Leader Bill Shorten and his general terrible qualities.

When the Speaker, Bronwyn Bishop, asked Pyne to sit down and cede the floor, Pyne said to Shorten, what sounds like “You’re such a c**t.” Speaker Bishop then responded, “The minister will refer to people by their correct name.”

Pyne’s spokesman claims Pyne said “grub,” the Daily Mail reports. A spokeswoman for Shorten says she does not know which of the two words were used.

In Australia and New Zealand, the C-word isn’t nearly as inflammatory as it is in the U.S. and tends to be more common.
