The competitors for Kentucky’s U.S. Senate seat have finally been established. Republican Sen. Mitch McConnell’s been in the seat since 1984, so he’s definitely got experience, but Democrat Alison Lundergan Grimes is a worthy competitor. Plus, she’s got that incredible, voluminous hair.
The race is officially on between The Tortoise (lovingly profiled by The Daily Caller here and here) and The Hair.
