Has MSNBC’s Chris Hayes heard of The Onion? Or the Flintstones?

As it happens, his program, which I can’t watch because I don’t like preachy dripping with condescension (but that’s just me), posted a graphic* of quotations depicting right-wing views. They including Breitbart News, Media Matters (which lashed out at Glenn Beck) and The Daily Currant, the last of which is actually a parody site.

We know you’re a liberal, Hayes. But how about doing your homework?

Here, we’ll do it for you. This is from The Daily Courant website’s “about” section:

The Daily Currant is an English language online satirical newspaper that covers global politics, business, technology, entertainment, science, health and media. It is accessible from over 190 countries worldwide – now including South Sudan.

Our mission is to ridicule the timid ignorance which obstructs our progress, and promote intelligence – which presses forward.
