This video shows a yellow-vested Brooklyn traffic cop appearing to text blithely on her cellphone while simultaneously directing traffic.
“We watched this officer for over five min,” said Arthur Isakov, the YouTube user who uploaded the video on Monday.
Isakov notes that the cop did her multitasking on Emmons Avenue, a busy thoroughfare that runs east-west along Sheepshead Bay.
“Nice way of directing traffic,” notes an amused Isakov — or whoever made the recording. “She’s waving her hand and looking at the phone.”
