English topless model Sophie Dalzell skipped a court date to get a boob job and plans to skip community service to vacation in Ibiza this summer, because her boobs are REALLY important and community service is hard.

She was supposed to show up in court on a charge of assaulting two police officers, but flew to Belgium instead to get her second breast augmentation, the Inquisitr reports. When she got back, she simply presented the court with a note from her plastic surgeon confirming the surgery, and the court let her go.

“My boobs and my appearance are more important than the law,” she explained to a Manchester newspaper. “My [adult film] career depends on it.”

Dalzell has 11 convictions on various assault and vandalism charges, including one for drunkenly assaulting two female police officers. She’s refusing to perform the remainder of a court-ordered 400 hours of community service for that conviction, because picking up trash is “hard and tiring,” and it’s unfair to work without pay.

“I hate everything about it,” she told the paper. “It’s a waste of a full day, and it’s just too hard for me.”

Dalzell normally works about two days per week, usually in photo shoots that pay $850 each. “The rest of the time I just chill out,” she said. Instead of completing the 180 remaining hours of service, she plans to hit up the island of Ibiza for the summer and “deal with the consequences” when she gets back.

“I haven’t done anything wrong,” she now says, according to the Inquisitr, and claims the courts are “just jealous” because she escaped rural England and accomplished something with her life.

Dalzell reportedly still owes a bunch of fines, including one for refusing to wear an electronic ankle bracelet.

She was ordered to wear the bracelet after refusing to serve a different community service sentence, but refused because she said it would interfere with her ability to perform on erotic TV shows.
