Whether it’s routinely checking up on his physical health, fighting the fascism that is the TSA or running a lucrative dog shelter, Michael Vick is generally considered one of the brightest football players ever.
So it comes as no surprise that Vick, being the savant he is, decided to reinvent the game of baseball. In what is assuredly an avant-garde attempt at deconstructing American mores, Vick decided running to FIRST base FIRST wasn’t for him.
Instead, the da Vinci of the sporting world ran backwards, bringing the collective sports world to its knees in praise of their defiant messiah.
