  • Jane Toppan, who confessed in 1901 to killing 31 people, was an American serial killer. She reportedly said her goal was to kill more helpless people than any other man or woman who ever lived. She was a nurse and would administer a drug mixture to patients she chose as her victims, lie in bed with them and hold them close to her as they died. (Photo: YouTube/Screenshot)
  • Former Cincinnati Bengals cheerleader Sarah Jones pleaded guilty to felony custodial interference and misdemeanor sexual misconduct for having sex with a 17-year-old student, and avoided jail. She and the student later got engaged. (Photo: YouTube/Screenshot)
  • Michelle Preston was a psychology and world geography high school teacher and cheer loading coach who pleaded guilty to three felony counts of having unlawful sexual relations with a student. She was sentenced to three years probation in 2012. (Photo: YouTube/Screenshot)
  • Grammy winning rapper Lil Kim was convicted of lying to a federal grand jury to protect friends involved in a 2001 shootout outside a Manhattan radio station. She was sentenced to a year and a day in prison and fined $50,000. This photo is a mugshot from an earlier arrest for possession of marijuana.

  • Former Tustin High School personal trainer, Hope Jacoby, pleaded guilty to four counts of unlawful sexual intercourse and three counts of oral copulation with a minor. She had sex with a 16-year-old male student in her car and her home several times throughout 2008. She was sentenced to three years of probation and 240 hours of community service.
