A Syrian Arab Air Force MiG-21 Fishbed began leaking fuel and caught fire above Daraa in southwestern Syria in a video posted this weekend.

WATCH:

The video doesn’t capture an attack, but the fuel leak could have been caused by battle damage to the MiG’s starboard wing, according to Business Insider. Whatever the cause, the leaking fuel erupts into a serious midair fire toward the end of the video, likely forcing the pilot to eject.

According to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, the last of Syria’s reported chemical weapons stockpile were loaded aboard a Danish ship and shipped out of the country Monday.

Despite the seeming diplomatic and humanitarian victory, the war on the ground continues, possibly claiming the lives of more than 150,000 people so far and displacing half the country’s population of 22 million, according to CNN.
