TV journalists have to take a boatload of shit on a whole lot of levels — from the way they look to having every word they say scrutinized on the level of a lice inspection.
So some fire back. CNN’s Jake Tapper is among those who do. But this morning, it was CNN’s Chris Cuomo who shot back with a suggestion for a viewer to actually think before he writes.
With so many armchair critics out there, The Mirror can’t help but cheer when TV correspondents put people in their places. Journalists are people too, aren’t they? In this case, the viewer, a self-described “libertarian conservative,” was accusing Cuomo of voicing President Obama talking point –not exactly something a journo enjoys hearing.
