Actor Shia LaBeouf was arrested Thursday night after an outburst at Studio 54 in Manhattan during the Broadway show “Cabaret,” People Magazine has confirmed.

He disrupted the first act, and before had been staggering around the theatre in a torn shirt and with a lit cigarette in his mouth. Police also said the “Transformers” actor was drunk. LaBeouf was charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct after an outburst during the first act.

LaBeouf’s bizarre behavior didn’t stop there. Once at the police station, LaBeouf allegedly used homophic slurs, told officers he would “fuck them up,” and had to wear a face mask for spitting.

LaBeouf has been in the public eye for his odd acts before. You may remember when he wore a paper bag over his head, with two eye holes cut out, that said, “I’m not famous anymore” to the premiere of “Nymphomanaic” in February.

He was held at the precinct over night and was released from custody Friday morning.
