Maybe you’ve heard about the infamous “Nanny from hell.” After she quit working, the family who hired her fired her. And yet, she refuses to leave.

In any event, this whole incident reminds me of another scary houseguest who refused to leave: Charles Manson.
It’s a little-known fact that the “Manson Family” actually moved into the home of Beach Boys star Dennis Wilson. At first, it was all sex, drugs, and rock and roll, but Wilson eventually became so freaked out by Charlie that he came up with a rather unique way of getting rid of him:
[R]ather than confront the group he simply moved out of his own house where the group had been living with him. Legend has it that Manson gave Wilson’s housekeeper a single bullet intended as a threat. [CBS Local Media]
It’s an extreme measure, but when all else fails, it’s sometimes wise to abandon ship. At least, Wilson, who died in 1983, probably made the right move. And this 64-year old nanny sounds at least as dangerous as Manson…
