A woman in Los Angeles, Calif., rented a room in her house to a stripper who turned out to be every bit as unstable as you would expect a stripper to be.

The woman asked to be identified as “Carrie” for fear of retribution from the crazy stripper. Carrie rented the room for $1,500 to Sara Rogers two years ago, and everything seemed fine until late 2013, KTLA 5 reports.

At that point, Carrie explained that Roger’s friends moved in, she got cats and installed an air conditioner. Things continued to spiral as the stripper’s antics woke up not only Carrie, but also her five-year-old child.

“The screaming, the spanking, the moaning that would wake the dead and my five year old,” Carrie said. And when she tried to talk to Rogers about the noise, she received a cease and desist order for criminal stalking and harassment. Rogers then went on to change the locks on her door and put up industrial chains to keep Carrie out.

Carrie called police about flooding, who informed her that “there is a loaded handgun in there, it has a permit. You have an unsecured door and an unsecured weapon in a house where you have a five year old, you’re in trouble.”

And then Carrie found out that the woman scams landlords for a living.

She reached out to an attorney, who was apparently familiar with Rogers. “I don’t know how to tell you this, I have represented this woman in all of her other evictions, she does this for a living.”

Faced with triple the cost if she pursued eviction in court because Rogers insisted on a jury trial, Carrie’s attorney advised her to settle and pay Rogers $4,000 to leave. Carrie says the ordeal has already cost her roughly $40,000. (RELATED: Family’s Nanny Won’t Leave House After Being Fired)
