White House chief counsel Neil Eggleston has a name that’s so perfect for him you could scream.
As Talking Points Memo puts it so aptly in a story this morning, “Lawyer Neil Eggleston could be looking toward a comfortable retirement on the generous nest egg he built through high-stakes representation of prominent Washington officials and corporate clients. Instead, he’s returning to a grueling post at a White House under siege on multiple legal fronts.”
Seriously, nest egg?
With President Obama dealing with a lot of crap from all angles, including a lawsuit from House Speaker John Boehner, he needs the biggest egghead (literally) in town. And – no joke – he’s found him.
