George R.R. Martin has an important message for all the “Game of Thrones” doubters out there: “Fuck you.”
Martin was responding to an extremely polite question about the completion of “A Song of Ice and Fire” in an interview Monday, with Swiss newspaper Tagesanzeiger, when he dropped the f-bomb and flipped the bird.
“Some people are worried that it’s not going to be finished,” the reporter says in the video. “From what I read in the, I mean there is the possibility. I don’t know if you want to talk about this, but um.”
Martin does want to talk about it.
“Well, I find that question pretty offensive, frankly, when people start speculating about my death and my health,” he responds. “So, fuck you to those people.”
Martin is working on the final two books in his series “A Song of Ice and Fire,” which HBO is adapting to TV in the hit series “Game of Thrones.” His health is apparently questionable.
