Kim Kardashian, who caused a collective groan from the world when she made the December announcement that she was pregnant and Kanye West was the father, is giving out sound motherly advice.
Pregnant women should never, ever leave their homes.
The three Kardashian sisters sat down with Elle Magazine to celebrate a partnership between “Babies ‘R’ Us” and “Operation Shower,” an organization that throws baby showers for military wives who will be pregnant while their husbands are deployed.
Elle asked mothers Kourtney and Kim what they recommend for “pregnancy style.”
Kim, oh so charmingly, responded by saying, “I recommend hiding for a good year and having no pregnancy style. That’s what I recommend. If you can do it, hide. Never leave the house.”
Khloe told her that wasn’t a practical answer, and to give a better one.
“That’s really my recommendation. Wear a huge blanket.”
Kim’s advice could stem from bitterness about the 50 pounds she gained while carrying Kanye’s spawn around before giving birth in June 2013, and her style advice should be taken lightly because she wore things like this.
In the interview, she also said her daughter doesn’t like wearing pinks or patterns, only neutrals, and “hasn’t for her whole life.” North West is a year old.
