An actor known for his controversial tweets — and a failed threesome with his wife and a hooker — sparked outrage Wednesday when he joked about selling his Malaysian Airlines frequent flier miles on Twitter.
Just hours after news broke of a commercial Malaysian Airlines flight was reportedly shot down over Ukraine, “American Pie” star Jason Biggs tweeted this joke:

When he got flak for the tweet, he doubled down and tweeted some more.
Hey all you “too soon” assholes- it’s a fucking joke. You don’t have to think it’s funny, or even be on my twitter page at all.

Biggs has gotten similar flak for joking about a contestant of NBC’s “The Bachelorette,” who died in a paragliding accident before the show aired, and also for tweeting vulgar comments about Anne Romney and Janna Ryan during the 2012 National Republican Convention.
