As Illegals Flood Border, Homeland Security Converges On Random NC City FOR NO REASON

Earlier this week, the denizens of Greenville, N.C. were alarmed because several well-armed Homeland Security cops and their small fleet of SUVs abruptly appeared outside a federal bankruptcy courthouse.

Local CBS affiliate WNCT mounted something of an investigation. Turns out, the Homeland Security personnel swarmed the area for no reason at all.

They showed up, they said, to make people in the community aware of the fact that they exist.

The black-clad cops urged people to contact law enforcement officials if they see suspicious activity.

Greenville is the 10th-largest city in North Carolina (three spots ahead of Gastonia). The city is perhaps best known as a worldwide mecca for BMX pros, according to ESPN.
