Obama Pressured To Cancel ‘Jimmy Kimmel’ Appearance

President Obama has bowed to critics and cancelled his scheduled Wednesday night appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” reports The New York Daily News.

According to TMZ, Obama originally intended for the segment to be comedic but decided to make the tone more serious in light of the international crises in Ukraine and Gaza.

That was not enough for many critics who learned about the planned segment and called for the president to cancel his guest spot on the late-night show altogether.

Obama apparently recognized the public image debacle he was about to create and chose to eliminate “Jimmy Kimmel” from his agenda.
