Every year The Hill releases a list of the “50 Most Beautiful People on the Hill,” and every year the general consensus among Washingtonians is that the list appears a tad lackluster.
If you’re going to make a list of the most beautiful people on Capitol Hill, shouldn’t it truly represent the best and the brightest of what the district has to offer? Instead, The Hill turns its list into a political jockeying system, profiling high-powered representatives and aides it hopes to cozy up to.
Yes, some of these people could be called attractive, but certainly not the most beautiful. For example, this year’s list features new White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest. Could they really be any more obvious?
This is why The Daily Caller decided to turn The Hill’s own game against them.
Our 50 Most Beautiful People features three types of Washingtonians: attractive D.C. media types, good looking representatives, and of course, the random beautiful staffers walking around Capitol Hill.
No, we didn’t select our “beautiful people” weeks in advance. No, they didn’t have days, hours or even minutes to prepare for their close up. This is how they look on a random, everyday basis.
This is what the truly beautiful people who climb the Hill actually look like.
