Adam Sandler has won a court dispute with his former nanny, who accused Sandler of treating her like a slave when she worked for him, and she must pay back the original $77,000 she received from the star in a settlement.

Page Six reports that Deanne McDonald, who was hired in 2009, accused Sandler of slavery-like work conditions when her employment ended, and he paid her $48,000 and her attorneys $29,000 in a settlement in which McDonald signed a non-disclosure agreement.

However, after she recently threatened to rescind the agreement and attempted to file a lawsuit for slavery and criminal activity, and arbitrator ruled she violated the agreement and an appeal’s court said McDonald must pay back Sandler the near $80,000 of his own money.
