Sofia Vergara, the “Modern Family” star, stunned in white at the 66th Primetime Emmy Awards in Los Angeles Monday night.

Vergara became the center of a controversy after she rotated on a pedestal for two minutes while Television Academy CEO Bruce Rosenblum spoke. After Twitter erupted, Vergara told Entertainment Weekly she didn’t see anything wrong with it at all.
“I think it’s absolutely the opposite [of sexist]. It means that somebody can be hot and also be funny and make fun of herself.”

The ABC sitcom won the Emmy Award for best comedy series, tying “Frasier” for five consecutive wins.
