The Baltimore Ravens released Ray Rice from the team Monday after a video surfaced of him sucker punching his fiance Janay Palmer, and now he’s been cut from the virtual team, too.
EA Sports announced Tuesday it would also remove the former running back not only from from the Raven’s roster on “Madden NFL ’15,” but from the game entirely. (RELATED: Ravens Release Rice Because Of This Video)

Rice isn’t the first player removed from the game. EA Sports took out former New England Patriot Aaron Hernandez last July after he was accused for first-degree murder.
