Is Hillary Clinton running in 2016? Joe Scarborough just wants a damn answer.

The co-host of “Morning Joe” went off on the former secretary of state Monday morning, following Clinton’s weekend stop at Sen. Tom Harkin’s steak fry in Indianola, Iowa, saying she’s a “robot” on the campaign trail, and that she should either run or “get the hell out of the way” because she’s embodiment of “why Americans hate politics.”

“We have enough crisis’ that maybe playing it safe, maybe we need a politician that doesn’t just sit back and act like a robot, and just like, get programmed in. No creativity, no spontaneity. nothing from the heart,” said Scarborough. “This is Hillary Clinton’s problem for people who know her and like her, like I know her and like her. But she puts on that political hat, and then she’s a robot.”

“This is not a game. This is not some little chess match,” the MSNBC host railed. “This is something that actually matters. … If you want to run, then run! if you want to save America then get your ass out there and save America! Stop playing your stupid political games because more people are out of work.”

“Terrorist are carving heads off of people who are trying to help over in the Middle East, and you’re sitting around playing games,” he continued.

“Hillary, if you’re going to run, just say you’re going to run! … And if you’re not going to run, then get the hell out of the way.”

Scarborough also directed his ire towards Jeb Bush, who also has been bantered about as a possible candidate for the GOP nomination in 2016, saying “If you’re going to run, Jeb, run! And if you’re not going to run just tell us that you want people to talk about you so you can make more money giving speeches or having people pay attention to you.”

“If you’re savior of the Republican Party, then get out there! Or listen to your mom, and just stay home. But stop having it both ways,” said the former U.S. congressman.

“Let’s not cover that story. Let’s cover real news,” he concluded after his five-minute rant.
