A Bay City man is being charged with a felony that could land him ten years in prison after he tried to strangle the homeless guy who had a threesome with he and his wife while he was cooking the two hamburger meat.
The Bay City Times reports that Martin Miller and his wife, Daniela, invited 20-year-old homeless guy Michael Chaney to live with them/have a threesome with them a week ago. However, after said homeless guy and Daniela became too close, Martin got jealous.
So, as Chaney was making hamburgers for the trio, he took some of the meat into the bathroom for the married couple to taste. Martin threw said meat into the tub, where his wife was bathing (ew), and then things got weirder.
“Chaney brought a second spoonful of meat, and Martin Miller again tossed it into the tub water, the witnesses told police. Chaney told Miller to stop wasting food and walked into another room. Martin Miller followed him and threatened to beat him up, Chaney said.”
Miller proceeded to kick Chaney in the chest and strangle him, while telling him he was going to kill him. Chaney eventually blacked out, and when he awoke he and the wife walked to the hospital.
Martin told police throwing the meat in the tub was just a joke, and said Chaney was an asshole. He’s now looking at 10 years in prison and a $5,000 fine, if convicted for assault by strangulation.
