Poor Chris Bosh. He’s got the look of a dinosaur and the heart of a jilted lover.
Apparently LeBron James hasn’t talked to Bosh since the breakup, and that makes Bosh sad, according to ESPN. Bosh and the Miami Heat are playing James and the Cavaliers in Rio de Janeiro on Saturday.
When asked if he was looking forward to seeing LeBron, Bosh replied, “Yeah … I don’t know.” Can you feel the heartbreak? Just imagine this in any other breakup scenario.
“Hey Tim. Are you looking forward to seeing Jessica for the first time since you broke up three months ago?”
“Yeah… I don’t know.”
Poor Chris. We all know how that bad breakup feels. But at least you still have Dwayne Wade to hold you close at night. And go ahead and act like you’re not hurt with answers like this.
“Everybody’s going to hype it up, and it’s going to be a big deal,” Bosh said. “But for us, it’s just another opportunity to get better. We know everything that’s surrounding the situation, and it is what it is. As far as we’re concerned, this is our team, this is what we’re trying to build toward, the past is the past, we’re moving on, and it’s good to get this out of the way.”
Don’t lie to me, Chris. I know you’re hurting inside. You don’t get tossed aside like that and not feel something. This is for you.
