The homeowner was originally seeking $5,000 for the house — but after several months on the market without any takers, trading for an iPhone might not be such a bad deal.
Why? It’s not like you can call anybody for help. It’s Detroit. When you pull up Google Maps, it just says RUN.
I’ll take the place off this guy’s hands if he lets me hit him in the head with a hammer. That’s my final offer, and I doubt he’ll get a better one.
