An America Rising tracker asked Georgia Democratic Senate candidate Michelle Nunn whether or not she voted for President Obama in 2008 or 2012. Nunn refused to answer the question and kept walking. “Would you leave her alone?” said one of Nunn’s handlers as they waltzed by.
On the other hand, one of Nunn’s supporters can be heard enthusiastically saying, “Yes! He’s the President! He’s done great things.”
Nunn is locked in a tough race with Republican businessman David Perdue. The RealClearPolitics average of recent polls finds that Perdue is up by 2 points, although the most recent poll by SurveyUSA has Nunn up by 3.
