The Canadian capital of Ottawa is on high-alert after shots were fired in the Canadian Parliament and the National War Memorial of Canada. Ottawa police believe that two or three suspects were involved, but details are still sketchy.
A Globe and Mail reporter managed to capture incredible footage on his phone camera of police converging on a suspect inside the Canadian parliament, with the sound of shots being fire.
