David Perdue is in a dead heat to become the next senator of Georgia. And from the looks of it, he’s having a grand ole time on the campaign trail.

According to new tracker footage released by liberal Super PAC American Bridge, Perdue is shown autographing a young woman’s torso area while working the crowd at an event in Jonesboro, Ga.

The woman seems to have presented her bare hipline and asked for the signature. “No way…” Perdue replies with a smile on his face.

“No pictures on this!” Perdue can be heard saying as he obliges and indeed signs her torso. Perdue supporters tried to put signs up to block the tracker from capturing the footage.

A new CNN/ORC poll released Friday shows Perdue’s opponent, Michelle Nunn, edging him out 47-44 with 11 days until the midterm elections.

UPDATE: The Bridge tracker did not capture the entire scene. A new video shows Perdue holding something to the woman’s torso, which appears to be her insulin pump.

At the five-second mark, someone asks, “is that an insulin pump?”

“David was asked to sign an individual’s diabetic pump to help raise awareness for juvenile diabetes,” said Megan Whittemore, a Perdue spokesperson. “This was a Georgia family who shared their personal story of their struggle with ObamaCare and the rising health care costs associated with their daughter’s treatment which is not being covered by their insurance.”
