Fast food is awful, right? It tastes old and processed, nothing like delicious organic food.
That’s generally the attitude most foodies and organic eaters would have toward fast food, particularly McDonald’s.
But what happens when you present McDonald’s food in a more aesthetically pleasing way to a bunch of organic foodies at a conference and tell them it’s an organic alternative to fast food? Turns out, they love it.
Two European pranksters did just that, ordering McDonald’s food, cutting it up, sticking toothpicks in it, and telling food snobs it’s their new organic fast food.
When asked to compare the taste to traditional fast food, like McDonald’s, one taster said, “It definitely tastes a lot better, and the fact that it’s organic is definitely a good thing.” Another, “It’s definitely a lot tastier than McDonald’s, you can tell this is a lot more pure.”
