Is Angelina Jolie Running For Office?

She played a trained killer alongside her now husband in “Mr. & Mrs. Smith,” and then she hunted down ancient artifacts as Lara Croft.

Angelina Jolie was the first woman ever voted as Esquire’s “Sexiest Woman Alive” back in 2004, but now the actress might want your vote.

Jolie, who recently married Pitt, is on the cover of “Vanity Fair’s” December issue, and during her interview with the publication, the 39-year-old revealed she might be ready to quit acting, and enter politics.

“When you work as a humanitarian, you are conscious that politics have to be considered. Because if you really want to make an extreme change, then you have a responsibility,” Jolie said.

She added that she wasn’t sure what role she would be more useful in, but when directly asked if she would pursue a role in politics, public service, or diplomacy, Jolie said, “I am open.” (RELATED: Angelina Jolie Is Disappointed In Obama)
