Oh. Tens of billions of dollars? That’s a lot of money. And it’s such an irrefutable fact — not a prediction, not a promise, but a fact — that it’s in all caps.

Another fake scandal debunked, everybody. All those stupid voters who elected all those Republicans just don’t know what’s good for them. And all those dumb teabaggers, with their YouTube clips of Obama publicly claiming he couldn’t do what he ended up doing anyway? Those racists hate you.
Obama has never lied to you, and he never will. Anyone who says otherwise is an enemy of the state.
