President Obama hosted his former Democratic presidential primary rival, Hillary Clinton, for an informal hourlong chat in the Oval Office on Wednesday, according to the White House.

The meeting had not been on the president’s official schedule.

“As is well known, President Obama and Secretary Clinton enjoy getting together in person on a regular basis,” a White House official said. “This afternoon they met privately in the Oval Office for about an hour to catch-up and enjoy an informal discussion on a wide range of issues.”

Clinton says she is considering whether to run again for president in 2016.
