If we’ve learned anything from Bill Cosby, it’s that it’s okay to turn down a drink from anyone at any time for any reason.
According to The Boston Globe, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) turned down a drink from a kind stranger and supporter who sent her a beverage through the flight attendant.
“She doesn’t know you,” the flight attendant told the stranger. “And she doesn’t want a drink.”
Ouch!
But perhaps a smart thing for a woman to do in any day and age.
