The White House may soon regret having NYT‘s Hillary Clinton beat reporter Amy Chozick along for President Obama‘s Hawaiian Christmas vacation. Unlike other reporters, in numerous pool reports Chozick states repeatedly how “your pooler cannot independent verify” details because of her lack of access to the president and her lack of actually seeing him in the flesh. And she more than insinuates how sneaky his press aides are in blocking the press from Obama.
She also reports about him going to the men’s room.

“POTUS has finished playing five-and-a-half hours of golf at the Royal Hawaiian Golf Club.
Pool did not see POTUS except briefly at 4:38 pm when he headed towards the men’s room, past the pro shop and the conference room where the pool waited. A press aide had preemptively closed the sliding wooden doors to prevent the pool from a getting a glimpse of POTUS. However, there was a row of windows to the side of the sliding doors, giving full view to the uneventful incident. POTUS appeared to be wearing a moss green golf shirt, dark shorts and a white baseball cap.
“Pool is on the move. More shortly.”
