We won’t tell the kids if you don’t.

This year, Netflix is offering tired parents an early New Year’s countdown celebration so they don’t have to keep their kids up until the real thing, after the streaming service realized almost 34 percent of parents fake a party so their children think it’s already midnight, citing kids’ bedtime as the reason.

But there’s no need to change the clocks this year with Netflix’s new on-demand, three-minute New Year’s Eve countdown hosted by King Julien from the popular Netflix series “All Hail King Julien.” The countdown lets kids ring in 2015 a few hours early.

“Move over, Ryan Seacrest, I’ve got my very own on-demand countdown party on Netflix,” King Julien, the animated lemur from the “Madagascar” movie, said in a Netflix statement.

The countdown is available starting Monday.
