What does it take for Vice President Joe Biden to go out for a hamburger?

If you were around 17 and I Streets Thursday in downtown Washington, you would’ve seen blocked off roads, five motorcycles, two black sedans, four black SUV’s and a horse trotting down the street. Biden was inside Todd English‘s Equinox, located just blocks away from the White House.
“It’s D.C., we politely stare,” said a restaurant goer who witnessed the Veep in the upscale eatery.
Soon enough, Chef Todd Gray came into the dining room to say hello.
Asked if he knew what Biden ate, he replied, “Of course. He’s a meat man. He had a burger.”
