After they won some contest, these two had lunch with Politico Playbook proprietor Mike Allen and his sidekick Daniel Lippman this week at P.J. Clarkes, which also happens to be a favorite eatery of Daily Mail‘s David Martosko. The lucky lunchers are Kelsey Griswold, 25, a legislative assistant for Rep. Tom Reed (R-N.Y.) and Mike Icardi, a 28-year-old manager for homeland security and emergency management at IEM in Arlington.
