VCU forward Mo Alie-Cox threw down a powerful two-handed dunk and then fell hard to the ground in VCU’s 72-48 win over George Washington University Tuesday night.

Alie-Cox stole a pass while the Rams were implementing their “havoc” defense and took it all the way for a dunk. Going as fast as he can, the six-foot-six, 260 pound forward’s momentum took him right to the ground.

Thankfully, Alie-Cox didn’t break his elbow or wrist on the fall. He finished the game with 10 points and eight rebounds.
