Suge Knight pleaded not guilty to murder, attempted murder and two charges of hit and run in court Tuesday, and moments after entering his plea, he was taken to the hospital in an ambulance after experiencing chest pains.

The rap music mogul was in Compton Thursday where he is accused of running down two men with his pickup truck, killing 55-year-old Terry Carter, who was his friend. He reportedly got in an argument while on a movie set and was asked to leave.

Knight’s $2 million bail was later revoked after the judge decided he was a flight risk, TMZ reports.

James Blatt is Knight’s lawyer. From The Associated Press:

“Blatt has said Knight was attacked by four people, including Sloan, as he pulled into the parking lot after Carter requested he show up for a meeting. Blatt said Knight hit the gas and fled in fear.”

Knight had been out on bail for robbery when he hit the two men. He’s served time before after he beat someone up outside a Las Vegas hotel, and was driving the car hours later that Tupac Shakur was shot in.

If convicted, he could face life in prison. (RELATED: Suge Knight Shot Six Times At VMAs Party)
