Bruce Jenner has reportedly told his family that he has “known” he was a woman since he was five years old.
The former Olympic medalist, family sources say, revealed to his family that since he was a child he felt that “in his head he was a woman,” TMZ reports.
The 65-year-old has been rumored to be transitioning into a woman lately, with obvious physical changes like having his Adam’s Apple smoothed out, frequently getting manicures and growing his hair long. (RELATED: Bruce Jenner Used To Wear His Mom’s Lingerie)

The source did say though that Jenner has “never been female” around his family, meaning he hasn’t worn any feminine clothing.
After his car wreck in early February, he did confirm to a healthcare worker that he has been taking a low dose of hormones. (RELATED: Bruce Jenner Confirms Hormones)
Jenner is supposed to confirm his transition to Diane Sawyer in May.
