Italy is only 200 nautical miles away from the nearest ISIS outpost. Yet when the terrorist organization openly issued a threat against the country, Italy’s online community didn’t respond by descending into partisanship. They mocked ISIS via Twitter.
As reported by The International Business Times, Italians warned ISIS about traffic congestion, claimed the country couldn’t get worse off than what successful Italian governments have already done to it and offered forbidden pork-based food to the Islamic organization using the hashtag #We_Are_Coming_O_Rome.
