The Obama administration is asking the Twitter-verse for ideas on how to fight terrorism.
On Friday afternoon, the official Twitter account of the State Department asked followers to “share solutions” for fighting “violent extremism.”
We want your input. Share solutions you think are critical to countering violent extremism. http://t.co/lmVRNT7CAl pic.twitter.com/ivZKtwEQ8a

“This week, the White House hosted a Summit to Counter Violent Extremism to highlight domestic and international efforts to prevent violent extremists and their supporters from radicalizing, recruiting, or inspiring individuals or groups in the United States and abroad to commit acts of violence,” the State Department said on its blog. “These efforts have become even more imperative in light of recent, tragic attacks throughout the world.”
Encouraging submissions, the blog asks: “What solutions do you think are most critical to countering violent extremism?”
