While most 17-year-olds are getting their first car or applying to college, Kim Kardashian’s little sister just bought her first home for a casual $2.7 million.

Kylie Jenner, the Kardashians’ half-sister, has purchased a 4,900 square-foot home in Calabasas with five bedrooms and bathrooms, a home theater, spa, three car garage, guest and maids quarters and a pool, TMZ reports.

So, yes, this teenager, who is home-schooled and reportedly dates a 25-year-old rapper, now has a nicer home than you.
