Hey Ashleigh Banfield, way to kick a girl when she’s facing the worst moment of the rest of her miserable life.

We’re talking the Jodi Arias murder trial. The breaking news is out and the jury still has no idea what to do with her fate — the choices are death or lock her up for life. The scene was bloody. His throat was slit. He had a bullet to the head. He suffered multiple wounds — she reportedly stabbed him 27 times.

“I think there’s a possibility she could get out,” suggested HLN’s Nancy Grace, who has relentlessly covered the trial of Arias, who was found guilty of murdering her ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander in his home in Mesa, Ariz.

CNN Senior Legal Analyst Jeffrey Toobin disagreed. “She’s not going anywhere,” he said. “She shouldn’t go anywhere. It’s a very just resolution in this case.”

Banfield went beyond Grace and Toobin in expressing her personal feelings about Arias.

“I am going to go out on a limb here and say she is just a terrible person,” the news anchor said. “I spent that time covering that case as well. She’s one of the worst of the worst.”
